I had the honour of being part of Facebook SMB training programs for Facebook SMB EMEA markets for the last couple of years (Start To success, Fast Start, FbGo). Where we were Coaching and training thousands of small and medium advertisers, marketeers and agencies. helping them to make the best out of an ever changing platform.
Facebook for the sake of "Scaling" closed this support programs and now instead are offering a new eLearning platform called "Blueprint" with various free online modules. hoping to: "In addition to using the FB tools and platform more effectively, you’ll have insights and knowledge in Facebook that others won’t. So you can have a specialised skillset to offer clients looking to take their marketing to the next level."
Nice idea and defiantly scalable, yet needs a deeper look into: and we tend to suspect that it might not be enough to really help the average advertiser, to really make the best of the Facebook advertising platform, to acquire full control of the available tools (Power editor for example?) and consequently be able to maximise the benefits, results and ROI that the facebook platform can realy offer.
